Region: Thracian valley Grape variety : Merlot   Tasting notes:   Merlot on its own always delivers fine expectations, especially if it is Bulgarian one. Here the wine appears to be well balanced, with finely integrated oak flavours as vanilla and cloves. Touch of spiciness adds to the intensity of red and black fruits - cassis, blueberry, cherry. Perfect match for grilled red meat, stews, peppery and spicy salami, semi-hard cheeses.
