Here the wine appears to be well balanced, with finely integrated oak flavours as vanilla and cloves. Touch of spiciness adds to the intensity of red and black fruits - cassis, blueberry, cherry. Perfect match for grilled red meat, stews, peppery and spicy salami, semi-hard cheeses.
