On the nose shows fresh and fragrant aroma of fruit (citrus) with a very delicate floral background. It has an expressive palate and a rich apple and honey finish. Recommended with appetizers and rice dishes. It pairs very well with fish dishes, such as halibut or swordfish, accompanied by vegetable garnishes. It also perfectly accompanies dishes with fresh herbs such as basil or parsley.
