Region:  Puglia DOC   Variety:   Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah   Tasting notes:   This wine is produced mainly from Aglianico grapes, with the addition of Cabernet and Syrah grapes coming from Bocca di Lupo Estate. Aglianico is an ancient autochthonous Apulian variety that well rappresents the main peculiarities of Doc Castel del Monte, such as: intensity, elegance and smoothness. The wine is aged for 10 months in barrique and for further 9 months in bottles.
