On the nose it shows intense aromas of ripe red fruits - cherries and flowers - violets. On the palate is well balanced, youthful and elegant. Well expressed tones of plum, forest fruits, vanilla and liquorice. Perfect match for grilled red meats - beef, lamb, game and matured cheeses.
