The nose opens to citrus and floral notes of wisteria, jasmine and white flowers. The taste is fresh and fruity aromas of cedar, lime, and white-fleshed peaches; persistent slightly salty finish. It was aged in stainless steel on fine lees for about 6 months, and then in the bottle.
