The wine has a pale golden color. On the nose it shows delicate fragances of acacia mixed with refreshing aromas of citrus fruit and almond on a hint of vanilla. Well-crafted and refined. On the palate is intense with a good concentration. Delicate oak note. Long and elegant finish.  To be enjoyed with lobster, seafood, white meat and some cheeses (Reblochon, Cantal, Epoisse and Citeau).
