The wine has a pale golden colour. On the nose it shows floral fragrances (acacia) mixed with aromas of pale fleshed fruit on a hint of vanilla. On the palate is well-structured and complex with deep and precise texture. Long and mineral finish. To be enjoyed with foie gras, grilled fish, white meat and strong cheeses (Epoisses, Roquefort and Munster).
