Gigondas La Gille 0.75 2019

Region : Gigondas AOC, Southern Rhone       Located mid-hill, the Famille Perrin vineyard is amongst the most historical vineyards in Gigondas. It benefits from a flow of cold air which blows through the valley situated to the west of the village.Produced on sandy soils, which cover a small part of the appellation, Grenache expresses great softness and is very aromatic without being heavy. This wine is full bodied but with finesse at the same time.          Grape varieties : Grenache & Syrah       Tasting notes :        La Gille wine has an amazing freshness for this appellation. A smooth and light wine with powerful tannins, as is traditional in the region, but not heavy! Congratulations to the Perrin Family, which as usual have given an airy, modern edge to Southern Rhone crus.
