50% Pinot Noir 30% Pinot Meunier 20% Chardonnay 35% Reserve wines Dedicated to the founder of the House, the Léonie cuvées are champagnes for connoisseurs whose style is marked by maturity and complexity. The omnipresence of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in this cuvée, as well as a minimum aging of 3 years, allow for optimal structure and richness. The Léonie Brut cuvée is seductive and elegant. On the nose, stewed yellow fruits, exotic fruits, dried flowers and gingerbread. To the eye, a pretty pale gold color. The palate is fresh, with aromas of candied pineapple, slightly spicy, with toasted flavors.
