Destemming before pressing, light maceration and barreling of 30% of the cuvée in French oak barrels, before fermentation, for a period of 6 months.

Colour: Luminous pink gold

Nose: Expressive nose offering notes of citrus, yellow peach and lightly roasted dried fruit

Palate: Perfectly chiselled on the palate, the volume is sumptuous, balanced by just the right freshness and noble bitterness
