The wine has a pale gold colour. On the nose it shows floral fragrances mixed with citrus fruit aromas and a delicate vanilla note. On the palate is punchy and complex. Deep and tight texture. Long and focused finish. To be enjoyed with foie gras, grilled fish, white meat and strong cheeses (Epoisses, Roquefort and Munster).
