The wine has a golden colour. On the nose it shows floral fragrances mixed with citrus fruit aromas and pale fleshed fruit. Expressive minerality. On the palate is well balanced and with an elegant texture. Delicate. Refreshing and slightly salty afertaste. Perfect combination with foie gras, shellfish, fish, white meat as well as some goat cheeses.
