Appearance: light salmon pink, with captivating ranging from floral to mineral aromas. A weave of ripe pineapple, Percoca peach and papaya pulp with hints of Gallic rose, raspberry, light cinnamon and savoury notes of marine rock that convey a pleasant complexity. Pleasant as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly to savoury as well as spicy food. Excellent match for oysters, spaghetti with fish roe and sea urchin, chicken tikka masala, sea asparagus or more simply fresh goat cheese.
