Prinz von Hessen Dachsfilet Riesling 2020 0.75

The Dachsberg location has developed excellently due to 
the climate change in recent years. Located at 180 meters 
above sea level, Dachsberg is the highest, steepest and 
windiest location of the winery. The stony soil forces 
the vines to take deep roots, which gives the wines a 
mineral and extract-rich style. On the palate, 
the "DACHSFILET" is long and fine with yellow fruit 
aromas and ends in a juicy, refreshing finish marked by apricots.
